That is really neat! What an awesome photo, too! Is it one you grew, or was it from the store? I'd plant that...just like Alee says!

Freakish! I'm used to my potatoes making a break for freedom, but I've never seen anything like that.

cool..plant it and grow more freaky tomatoes. :0) just goes to show you that the seeds from that variety no doubt will have a terrific germination rate..ha.

That kind of looked disgusting. I've never seen or even heard of a tomato doing that. I'd plant those, too just to see what you get.

Hehee, I'm with Grace, isn't that the saying? "Alaska, the odds are good, but the goods are odd." And that is one piece of oddness! Also agree with Tina Michelle...go plant yourself some more freaky tomatoes! :D

Good to see you post Jo. I had one tomato with a couple of sprouts late last summer. I put it in the compost bin in the garage, think the worms consumed it before it sprouted anymore, though. It had been on the counter for a week or more when I cut into it.
Did you get my email about my new chocolate lab girl?

I think that you should plant them too. But if the tomato came from a store it is a hibrid and might. Each seed could revert to a different tomato type. It would be inteeresting to see what happens.
