It would have been there a long time ago - maybe about a week after you mailed me the book. It makes me sick to think it didn't arrive. Could someone else in your house have received the package and forgotten to pass it along? I sent it to the address on the package I received. In fact, I think I e-mailed you about the address - I'll go back and see when that was and then we'll know the date it was mailed.
