If you're interested in purchasing clothing and accessories from that era, you might Google 'cowboy mounted shooting', since I think in that sport they dress in period clothing and have authentic accessories...

thank you for the tips on cowgirl stuff-I live close to the Cowgirl Museum in Ft. Worth-I didn't think to access other Museums or period clothing sites-Thank you-cowgirl mama-I think I lived in the wrong century,except for the fact I have to have a place to get clean,and I cannot kill/eat an animal-

I know! mad scrambling for roots,berries etc.,but I would have felt different if I had lived then.Our daughter and son-in-law are putting some cows in our pasture for the purpose of raising and selling-they told me not to get attached.Right.
