For your Georgia farm girls, I sure hope none of you were affected this past weekend!
We had threats about 10 miles from us but wouldn't have known had my folks not called!
I remember my folks keeping all our pictures in the besement.
Got me to thinking quick just then and was able to get a box together that has all our pictures AND marriage certificate.
This stuff will continue to stay at the ready. We have an outbuilding that has a "basement" of sorts, but it's so moist down there I don't want to risk our stuff getting destroyed my mildew.
Sure wish we had a big, heavy gun safe too...someting that could withstand high winds a little better. |
