It is 3AM here and I'm wide awake. I've had a project on my mind and I've been checking in an out on the board here tonight while doing it. I have a bad habit of if I start on a project, I got to get it done or it will aggravate me until I do.

I hope that you get to feeling better Amy. The sad thing is that I can go to bed at 10PM or 3AM and still get up the same time every morning. We don't have kiddos, so I can only imagine how much more hectic my life would be with them.

Good Morning ladies!

I am up, went to sleep and hubby woke me up as he came to bed at 1 am. Now both of us are up and hoping to go to sleep after a comforting midnight snack of MaryJanesFarm No Fuss Budget Mix biscuits and Strawberry Jam. Yum! Doug watched me whip them up in no time. And he is slipping them into the oven right now! :D

I was up almost all night piecing strips of log cabin material together, it is the never ending quilt. I like scrappy quilts so about half way through my first log cabin quilt I found myself slicing more colors, and each additional one of course required their new colors, so years later I piece together all the leftover bits into big wheels of light and dark strips and since i get tired of those old colors I find myself slicing new ones so that my next log cabin will be sure to be a dazzler (to me anyway}. This was hampered a bit by my having uprooted so many lengths of cloth I could only find a six by six inch ruler to cut strips with....I read from about 4:30 am until now and I can see that my fibromyalgia is not going to permit any sleeping at the moment I'll probably go upstairs to my sewing room and see if daylight will permit me to locate the big rulers, but first I had to see what was happening in farmgirl country....Karin

Karin-

It must be work on quilts night. I am working on Reo and Rianna's quilts for Julia. Reo's is about 2/5ths of the way finished and I bought this gorgeous green fabric for the back that looks like green suede but is really just a cotton print. I love it.

I am so tired, but not sleepy and we have to go car shopping today (ugh).

I am USUALLY always up until about 1am...I was last night too...but was hooked on a book and reading and didn't check the forum late like I usually do. I had no business being up to my usual time...I was sleepy at 2;30 p.m......but I was up just as late...a page turner book will do that.

I was up from 1:30 am until almost 4. I posted a couple of times, and felt all alone on this site! Now I see there was a big group of us roaming around! My computer is upstairs, so I can leave the bedroom downstairs and come up and type and hubby sleeps peacefully on.....oh if I could do that!
