I need a new recipe card box. I would really love to have one with bees or beehives or something like that on it. My internet searches have come up empty. Do any of you know where I might find something like this?

THANKS!

I bought a cheap one (a buck) at Michael's and decoupaged it with stuff. How about that? Also, Hallmark stores have some surprising gift lines (that's where I bought my recipe cards) and I was really surprised at all the kitchen-y stuff. Good luck!

Yeah I thought about doing that. Michaels is about an hour from here though.

Julie,

My recipe box was a bridal shower gift almost 30 years ago and I still love it. It's just a plain green metal box made for holding 3x5 cards, but a friend had covered it in pretty fabric with a scalloped edging around the edges. Bet you could do that with some bee-related fabric. The nicest thing is that with fabric covering, it isn't slippery when I pick it up, like a plain metal box would be. Good luck!
