I love this practical, and so farmgirl piece of clothing. Give it a try, you'll love it. My great Aunt had something like this that she wore when hanging up the wash in her back yard and it brings back good memories. I'm about to make one myself. I love the smell of line dried laundry.

The actual pattern in in the "Image gallery" on the second page

I'm back hopefully for a while, thanks Debi. I'm glad that you like the clothes pin bag apron too.

Annika I really like the apron I have a lot of the old thick grain bags that would be great for this, I am going to make one soon thanks Miss wilma

I am going to try this! For those of us who are a little closer to the ground, do you think we should shorten it a bit? I'd hate to tobble over with the weight of the clothespins while I'm taking laundry out of the basket! Thanks for this great idea! Susan

I have wanted to make one like this.. the Amish in our area use them and it looks easier to use than the one that hangs on the laundry line... now to find the time to make it????
