Well, they still haven't found the leak or figured out what the problem is at our water plant and this morning there was NO water. Just a trickle coming out of the faucet. Good thing I have several gallons saved in my pantry! So, our County Clerk closed all the offices and the school is closed, too. So, I get to be home and chat with all of you gals! I might make some banana bread today, too.

Mmm, Banana bread, I love it! Well sorry to hear about the water I know that can be inconvenient, but it sounds like you're going to have a fun day in spite of things.

Wow - I hope they fix it soon! There will be a run on bottled water...the officials need to ship some in to the city. You are being a very good sport about it - I would probably freak. Enjoy that banana bread. The recipe does not call for water!

Good for you, Lisa. Life hands you lemons and you get to make banana bread(not enough water for lemonade)! Keep your positive attitude. Hope they fix the problem very soon.

Wow that is just amazing story to hear. We always heard the stories of Atlanta running out of water and asking Chattanooga for rights to get water out of the river, but Chattanooga would refuse. I hope that you guys get some water fast. At least you guys have some saved back.

It's a nice relaxing day. Well, the banana bread is almost done baking. Wish I could share it with you all. I made 3 loaves. If you all lived closer, I'd have you come over for banana bread and tea and have a few laughs.

You know if worse came to worse we still have a lot of snow we could melt for water if need be!
