Down and out with the flu. ugh makes you think about alot of things and watch alot of tv haha and drink tons of liquids. I think I'll hang out on here :) yay. Time for relaxing.

On a happy note Bridget, a lot of times when a person lets go of something emotional your body clears out all the junk (emotional and physical) that you've been holding onto. It could be that your brilliant body is clearing the way and making a clean path for bigger and better things! Kind of a cool thought huh? Take care of yourself!

So sorry you are sick. Use this time to pamper yourself . . . watch sappy old movies, read a great book, etc. It is nice to be able to give yourself permission to relax. Too bad we have to get sick to do it though. Best wishes, my dear!
