I need recipes that are free of sugar and white flour. I especially need recipes or tips for baking this way. I'd love product recommendations, etc.

Our youngest son has psoriasis and we are trying to change his diet. He is a growing (14 yrs old) boy and does love him a homemade cookie or two!

Thanks in advance farmgirls!

Go to suzannesomers.com, then community, then discussion. Scroll down you will find all sorts of recipes that are sugar & white flour free. She has a diet that is similar to low carbing but allows good carbs. You won't believe some of the recipes these gals come up with!!

Thanks so much Lisa! I've heard good things about her program. I'll get right over to check it out!

Try using stevia instead of sugar. We grind fresh flour for all of our baked goods including pizza, cookies, muffins, etc.
We use hard white wheat, soft white wheat, brown rice, barley, etc. to grind.

Good luck
