I embroidered this little pillow for Justin for Valentines Day, and filled it with lavender. He's always stealing mine, so I thought he should have one of his own :)

He's really into the beekeeping thing, so in addition to the pillow, I got him a subscription to Bee Culture magazine (thanks Bev's bil)

Here is the front

The back

And what I got in return

Hope all you girls had a lovely Valentines day. I was really proud of how the pillow turned out, so I wanted to share it :)

Thanks, Jenny. I think he did...he said, "I really wanted one..." I thought to myself, "Really, I couldn't tell!!!"

He said that he especially liked that I made it myself.

Lovely pillow, Jonni! It turned out beautiful and the fact that you made makes it even more special. :)

Thanks, girls!! It was a lot of fun to do...my bee is a little "wonky" but I drew him by hand so I'd have a guidline. And I do love my flowers. He put them together at the florist, and though I didn't have a large vase, my pitcher that I bought at the Kentucky Guild Craft Show in the autumn worked nicely :)
