Very nice! Makes me smile! It's amazing the lack of human touch and interaction anymore.

I love it. How wonderful that someone would have the guts to even try that.

Hey, I've actually seen this video sometime ago. It's always great to revisit it, though.

Not sure where it might be done, but the police uniforms and surroundings look "European" to me.

Thanks, Tasha! I, too, had seen it before and enjoyed seeing it again. It reminded me of a time when I was at a Renaissance Faire in Southern California, not in costume, just a light blue and white gingham check sundress, and I had a floral wreath...walking with my niece (I was in my 40s somewhere) and a nice looking 20-something guy in costume approached me, said, "Milady, a hug?" and how could I refuse? It was so sweet ~ as hugs usually are :-) Thanks for sharing! Judy

Have you ever noticed you can give someone an angry kiss, but it is harder to give them an angry hug?

That was great! He reminded me of my old boyfriend, Bartley, a disciple of John Lennon, I think--that was totally the art school I went to in Michigan. So sad I've kindof lost that "freedom"...I kept wondering the whole time if I would have hugged him. Probably, but only after I saw someone else do it. That's sad, hm?

I've seen this before some time ago but is nice to revisit it. Gutsy guy there. Not many people would do that. We've all become so cynical and suspicious of others motives that I'm not surprised to see it starts out with mostly young people returning his hugs. Our youth hasn't yet had life experiences that teach them not to trust. I love hugs. They make you feel so wonderful. I still hug my grown sons and give them a kiss and tell them I love them every time I see them or talk to them on the phone. It's important and so necessary for a feeling of well being. Thanks for posting this. Sometimes we need a little reminder of what is important in life

In college, I was required to take a class called "College 101". It was supposed to get the freshmen oriented to college life, but it was taught by a wonderful professor who was nicknamed 'The Hug Doctor'. If he was out and about on campus and you crossed his path, you got a hug. Trust me. On test day is was a wonderful thing. When things were headed in the toilet, you just searched him out, and before you know it, it was the troubles that went swirling away, not yourself! So, in light of all that, I am sending each and every farm girl on this site a huge HUG!!!!!!!!! Have a wonderful, happy and very blessed day, ladies!!!!!

from the hearts of paradise...

me and a friend did this christmas eve at the local mall. It was INCREDIBLE! I highly suggest just going out there, holding signs and giving hugs. I can't even begin to express how amazing it was. we got asked to leave by mall security after about two hours, people are wierd. but, it was amazing.
