Ronna is the best..always surprising folks and so full of farm girl goodness. She's been a real sweety to me and my Naomi..writing to us outside of the farm gal chat room just to say "howdy" and well..she's just a real sweety..it's a joy to know her..and well..shoot..all of you gals..but ya know what I mean.Once in a while a farm girl goes above and beyond...and Ronna is known for going "above and beyond" to bring a bit of cheer to others.Love ya Ronna.
I agree! Ronna is definition of kindness and generousity. Debra- I am sure you and Ronna with have a great time! I am jealous. I wish I could come meet both of you!
Well, I wish that too.. We are so anxious to move to Idaho but hubby's dads health is failing. We thought he was recovering but his mom just called. She sounds very concerned that he isn't going to make a complete recovery this time. :-( It makes us really think harder about moving further away. This is such a hard decision- we are soooooo different than all the family. We hate CA really do.. Don't want to settle there permanently but feel that we aren't being good adult children if we leave during this time either.
You ladies have me blushing! I still have boxes that need to be taped up and sent to Tina and Naomi and a few others. I just see things that have someone's name on it and then take forever to get the boxes sent. Follow through is not my best attribute and procrastination must be my middle name. Debra and I had a good visit today...would have been longer but a cold wind blowing and I had to get down the road and do some work (and stop at the thrift shops on the way, of course). She made me some really nice dishcloths along with bringing the adorable Longaberger basket and milk pitcher as part of our barter. I got her the new bobbin winder that's flying off the shelves, a box of other goodies and need to get more gathered for her too. Ronna
