I drove home and realized my car was pulling to the side abnormally so. I had to stop at the grocery store and realized my car tire was flat! Yikes! And because they used the air gun to put my lug nuts on, I couldn't change the tire myself. So I had to call for help. The car guy found a huge screw in my tire and now I have to buy a new front tire!! :(

Alee, I am glad you are safe.
I know that it is frustrating situation to be in
also, you had a cell phone
I am definetly going to have to get one.
Especially before we move back to the country
I cannot walk far and have many conditions.
I Bet you are glad that today was over

If you don't want to sign up for a cell phone program, get a Tracfone. You pre-pay for a certain amount of minutes.

You and cars just don't do well together (haha). I'm glad you were able to pull off safely. Don't you just hate those air guns? I ruined a good pair of pants once because I was on a deserted road when I had a flat and had to stand on one side of the tire iron and pull up on the other side at the same time. As you can imagine I fell flat on my butt when the nuts came loose and got fresh tar all over my pants:( I hate cars; I'd rather have a horse.

Well, the tire is ruined, so that cost me about $100, and then it turns out my brakes are between 95 and 99% shot, so we need to have a brake job done which will run another $600. Yikes!
