Not sure if deer like them or not, mine are close to the house so deer don't get that close, funny though since passion flowers have a seditive effect, might be a way to save plants if deer did eat them! LOL

Junebug, did you receive my email with my address for the seeds? If not, check your junk mail -- sometimes I get filtered out because I have a hotmail address. Or let me know here and I'll resend. Thanks! K. Lorden |

Maybe I could make a tonic for them and put them in a deep sleep, a very deep sleep. I just can't get them to go away! They ate my Columbines last night. They make me mad! With all the woods we have around here, you'd think they would stay away from my yard, but nooooooo!

If you still have seeds, I'd love to get some. I'm in Zone 6, but I've heard that passion flower doesn't overwinter north of Pennsylvania. Do you think it would be an annual plant for me, or a perennial? |

The only to see is to plant some, so I'll pop some in the mail to you this week and you can give them a try, they just might make it over the winter? I got your addy email so keep a eye out for them.

Thanks, Junebug! I got my passionflower seeds in the mail yesterday. They were a little crushed in shipping but I'm going to try them anyway. They look a lot like watermelon seeds, so I'm even more curious now about what the plant and the fruits will look like.

Amie, if you need me to resend you some seeds don't be shy in asking, I still have some more to share. Do a search on passion flower and you should find a pic of both. Have fun with it!
