So I absolutely love this style?!!! I think I found one that I love. I still like country style but i love pinks and reds. I love Romantic Homes magazine and just get all warm and fuzzy from it. Now the question is how to incorporate that into my decorating. I'm not good at that I get overwhelmed. I love free things and treasures! HELP!

I love this style too.. I suggest starting in one room- your bathroom, or laundry room and working from there.

Start with a small room and buy some paint in your favorite hue. Paint the furniture or walls and go from there. I once had a beautiful red/pink bathroom and I only put white accessories in there- towels, a white pitcher for flowers, white soap, beautiful lace shower curtain. I offset it with tarnished metal items like the shower curtain rings, my sink handle was already tarnished, my soap dispenser. It kept it grounded.

Cheers,
Heather

Bridget,
I love this style too. I LOVE Romantic Homes. Debra's idea to start in one room is exactly what I did. I started small and built it up. most of my finds were stuff I found at thrift stores, my Grandma's or shabby chic clearance at target. Jo Ann's and Michael's are a good place to find stuff too.
