Guess what?
Our house loan came through !!!!
The lady at the bank said they were really impressed with our impecable credit.!!
I was all most sure that it was.; but you never know
We won't actually get the money for a few weeks. But at least we know we have it
So, Good bye City Life .
I cannot wait to get back to the country on a farm
Money will be really tight; but, we have gone through that before.
Just thought I would share. Pinkroses

Thanks.
I lived on a farm when I was a little girl until I was like in the 2nd grade.
So, I am no stranger to farm life
It will be easier living there than in a 4 room cabing with no water and no indoor bathroom
We are planning on raising a few cattle. we have 2 down there already.

That's great news, you should be really proud of yourselves! These last few years a lot of people wer allowed to hang out there on a financial thread, bad for the ecomony now and tragic for some who are facing foreclosure and/or bankruptcy.
As mentioned above, with interest rates down and banks hungry again for prime borrowers you should be jumping into the real estate market at the right time. Keep us posted on your new farm!

Thanks ladies.
We will be living in the same town
Olny in the country part. Farm land
This land has been in my husband's family for generations
There are 5 boys in my husband's family no girls
Their Mom decided to finally dived the land between the brothers
The youngest is retared; but knows enough to help out his brothers now and then
Their dad will be 89 ( I think ) in March
He cannot get out anymore.
It is sad because he was down at the farm every day working
Oh, I picked up a nasty bug. flu or whatever it is
I took Mom to meet her new doctor Tuesday.
I must have picked up there a germ or at Wally Mart
I am misserable. I am tight in my chest. and hurst to cough
I had to go to the drug store this morning to pick up my Diabetic supples and some of my pain medication
When I got back home; I could harldy get in the door get a bit
and climb 14 steps to my bedroom
Did I mention we still have that dang mouse in there.
We have 6 traps in there
The mice in the city must be getting smarter
I hate the dang things. Hugs. Pinkroses ( Sheila)

Sending blessings your way Sheila! Congratulations on your new home and this very special new adventure!
