My laptop that had all my files on it got blasted with a nasty virus and I ended up having to re-format. It still isn't up and running. I am using my husbands computer which is a less than ideal situation since I can only come chat with my favorite ladies when Nora is asleep.
If you have signed up for either the Dolls or Premiere issue- please resend me your full info. Also please tell me which list it is for.
Alee, ack, this happened to me last month. It was so bad that we had to send it back to the company, it just wouldn't start! Which means we were without for almost two weeks! You suddenly realize how very dependent on computers we all are. Ack! I feel for you!
Alee I'm sorry that this happened to you! Hopefully you are able to recover the files. Something that I've done because the same thing happened to me is to keep a backup of my important stuff on a flash drive. They are relatively cheaper now than they were before. It basically sticks in your USB port and I would recommend 1 or 2 GB. The best part is that you can have your files on you if you need to use another computer.
I hope that things get back up and working for you!!
Computers seem to live in a whole world of their own and we have very little control over them hope you get yours up and running again soon Alee. NANCY JO
