Hey There,
I'm new to the boards! So glad there's an area to share recipes as I have SO many terrific ones.
Here's an easy one that is TO DIE FOR!
Triple Chocolate Cake
1 box devils food cake mix 1 box instant chocolate pudding 1 bag of chocolate chips (I use semi-sweet) 2 eggs 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix together. Add 2 eggs and 1 cup milk. Mix until you have a thick pudding-type consistency. Add more milk if necessary.
Pre-heat oven to 350 Heavily grease a bundt pan with oil or PAM. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Let cool and pop out of pan.
You can drizzle icing over the cake or simply dust it with powdered sugar. This cake is so dense and chocolaty that you really don't have to do much more than that!
Enjoy
Linda

Homemade Mac & Cheese recipe
Cook elbow macaroni and set aside.
In a oiled or greased casserole dish put 1 layer of noodles top with a combination of shredded sharp cheddar and Monterey jack Cheese *Note* if you like onions you can sprinkle some on top of the cheese. Add another layer of the noodles top with cheese do this until you get close to the top of your casserol dish. You want to have cheese be your last showing layer. Crush saltine crackers (with your hands) and put a layer of them on top of the last layer of cheese. Don't scrimp on this, it turns out to be the best part! take milk and drizzle it over the top of the crushed crackers. Try to drizzle the milk over all the crackers. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until the top is golden brown.
That's it!
BTW, this tastes great for breakfast too!

This looks great! I found my bundt pan in the back of that stupid cabinet, you know the long shallow one that's so dark you can't see??? NOW I have a reason to pull it out. Happy Valentines Day to my husband. He will LOVE this. Thanks girlie, you fit in right well :)
