Trying to dress a 10 month old is like trying to dress a twisting spider monkey.

First they won't hold still. EVERYTHING is more interesting to look at is SO much more fun to look at than the toy you so thoughtfully handed them.

Then there are too many holes. Or too few. And somehow you have to get the onsie over the head while they are trying to pull it off.

Then, just as you think you are done and you throw your hands up in triumph with a huge grin on your face, baby laughing, the sun shining, peace on earth.... you realize....in the whole twisting spider monkey phase....that you mixed up the clean clothes with the dirty clothes...

Oh yes, the socks are clean, the diaper is clean (you hope), the pants are clean....but the onsie that is on UNDER the tights, the socks, the pants and shoes is dirty. And it isn't just a little dirty. Oh no. It has breakfast all over it, spit up on it, and it might be a little damp from the diaper too...

Just thought I would share with you lovely ladies!

Yep- We do the squirm dance everyday trying to get DS dressed. He is getting better at standing still and helping me, but it can be really hit or miss sometimes!!! DS is into not wearing a bib now and I hate to get him dressed and then let him feed himself because it usually results in re-dressing him!! Someday---someday...!! But for now, just enjoy the fun and the ride!!

Cheers,
Heather

Yep, sounds familiar! My hubby laughs because I put Sullivan in the figure four leg lock when I change him. If anyone knows wrestling, you'll know what I'm talking about.
