I understand, will your snow melt before Spring? We have 2 1/2 ft on the ground. and keeps getting packed down tighter and tighter.

Our spring is usually a month behind everyone else. For example, we usually don't plant until after June 8th. Seems like we always have a frost arounf the 1st of June. Makes for a short growing season. Also makes for a beautiful winter, though.

I am Zone 2, mostly one. sometimes out snow here in the mountains until June 5th. Our last frost usually gone by may 15th, but I don't think the snow will be...

Sherone - our son lives in Wilson, Teton County, and he said they had about 4 feet on the ground last time I talked to him. He had been ice fishing - 10 degrees below zero. I didn't think one of my kids could take that kind of weather!
