I just need to get a brooch type pin for it now. It was fun, it's been awhile since I've embroidered anything.

Diane,
Love the patch, you did a really nice job. If you were here I have a million pins you could have one. Did you have something in mind?

So pretty--I love the blue!
I did something similar, but I don't know that I have the patience to attack my little hen-chickie...I think I'm gonna let her be. I'm working on mine today over lunch (while back at work--feh...)

YOUR PATCH IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I need to get on mine..so many great ideas!!

The patches Heather are for being part of MaryJanes Farmgirl Sisterhood, go over to her store, pay your dues, and you get a patch to decorate and a signed certificate!! And she is making all kinds of patches up for us to earn, kinda like girl scouts, but in farmgirl flair!!

0h geez, you guys are just so sweet...thank you so much. Truth be told, I started and pulled it out three times! Then this sort of just evolved and it reminded me of something my dear Gramma would have done and that cinched it!
Nancy Jo - I think I'll just go to Michaels. They sell lots of jewelry findings for beading, etc. for just a few cents. Although..hmm..it would sure be a good excuse for a visit. haha!
I have a bracelet here that my Aunt sent in her Christmas package. It's really pretty, but I'm not much of a jewelry person and it's not something my daughter's would wear. I'll take a pic of it and if you like it, I'll send it to you. It looks like something you might like.

Love you all!
Di
