I LOVE the tree...what a great idea. I have been stringing mine up along a wall, some in the kitchen and some in the living room. The tree is adorable. Thanks for showing us.

Yeah!! My little Sweetie Jess made it Special for me so Nahhh!
I happen to like Skulls.. Have loads of em..just lying around the place..
yes.. i'm full of crap.. I do really like them though.. I think there all so interesting.. no idea why.. just another bizarre personality trait of mine I'm sure..!
OK.. MAIL CALL!!
How Ever.. It was a Mad house last nite at my place.. So it went unopened
AND I didn't even catch who it was.. My Son's were over.. Josh was leaving for a trip at 4am.. & we were dragging out luggage & having a late dinner.. Then running over to my daughters..
before I knew it.. I was trying to go to sleep around 1:30am!
BUT.. I am thinking it's From Audrina!!
I am SOOOoooo Sorry Sweet Pea! I'll open the package tonight as soon as I get home!! So I can see what pretty little surprises are inside!!

OK!!! MAIL CALL!!
YES!! The Package that arrived yesterday IS from Our Sweetie Pie Audrina!!
& OHhhhhhhh How Sweet it is!!
She made two styles! One for the Mary Englebriet lovers.. loads of Red!! AND Reversible.. AND Gems!!!
& the others are the sweetest little ones all adorned with a stitched bouquet of Flowers!!
You out did yourself AGAIN little Girl!!!
So Precious!
AND THEN!!! I recieved TWO Packages today!!!
Our Very Own Sweet Shirley!!
(I can't help but think of my Poor Baby Girl Shirley's mishap on her first Mini Apron Swap..)
Never made it.. the stupid Mail man stole them!
So everytime I get a Package from her it's like a blessed event & treated like Gold!
My Husband always gets the mail at our house.. He gets off work before I do.. so he brings in the Mail.. & usually he just texts me & says.. "yep..You have some packages" But he even knows all about Shirleys.. So he remembers her everytime.. & texts me.. "Shirley's are here Babe!!"
He's such a goof ball.. wouldn't have a clue if we were doing something different besides Mini's.. or even God forbid there was another Shirley around..!
But he See's the Name 'Shirley'.. & he's hit the jackpot as far as he's concerned!
Bonus points for him I think he's thinking.. Who knows.. funny guy..
ANYWAY.. enough about how bored we get at MY house & sit & wait for paint to dry.. or the mail to run..
Let me tell you how AWESOME Shirley is!!!
Yes..!! Of Course She had to do my Favorite color!! RED!! & we some lovely bits of lace!! & a special little surprise attached to each Mini too AND She included MY all time Favorite notion!! Rick Rack!! 
I swear.. i want this on Everything lately! Really.. It's like the absolute isn't it?? I mean I find myself trying to think of things I can put it on..
Yes.. THIS truly must be how it all starts..
You know.. when you are somewhere.. & you look at these old ladies.. & they are wearing the most obsurd outfits.. old men too of course.. they don't get off that easy.. they have come out with the same out landish crap too.. you know what I'm talking about..
I mean.. when does it happen..?
(yes.. there is a point here.. hang on dammit..)
when does this behavior.. happen..This.."ok.. i don't give a Sh!t what i look like when i walk out that door"... Attitude happen? OR worse yet!! THEY DO care! & they THINK they look All that!
WHEN??
When all of a sudden do we start deciding that we are just going to wear anything & everything for comfort only.. & to heck with actually trying to make any sort of a good impression on ANYONE when or where ever we go? When?
Is it over night?
Does it happen in our sleep?
Is it like a Pod exchange or something..
you know.. or is there an implant thats been placed in your brain that has sudenly fizzled out.. or short circuted.. or battery or fuse that died.. & all of a sudden..
Oops.. Guess what..
You are more then perfecty content to wear double knit slacks the rest of your life now!
AND EVERYTHING MUST have an Elastic Waist! NO More will we EVER wear another thing with a Zipper! Zippers are now STRICLY forbidden from our wordrobe! It's like a secret code of old people ethics or something!
or.. Wear plaid slacks with a striped BLOUSE.. yes.. & i DO mean a BLOUSE oh or God help me.. A SMOCK with pockets.. you know the kind.. also of a knit material.. But I may just opt for the blouse/ shirt that has the ribbed waist band.. because SUDDENLY... I am no longer self concious of the fact that my belly happens to stick out farther then my boobs! So i am FINE with THESE shirts now too! WHEN DOES THIS HAPPEN???
& just tennis shoes.. & by God.. If i can find something that i don't have to tie.. Then all the better! & Yes.. Velcro on my shoes WAS the very best thing EVER invented!
& of course I HAVE to wear a Wind breaker that makes a rediculous swishing noise with every slight movement that i make.. & carry GOBS of tissue in my pockets!
& YES!! I will wear a Rain Bonnet.. won't we all!
because as i said.. WHO will care?? Yes.. It happens..
I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN.. & How.. is it Slow & gradual..?
Or is it a sudden thief in the nite of all my inhabitions?
SOMEONE FREAKING TELL ME!
Because When I start to look at Rick Rack as a VERY nice possibility to add to the bottom of my jeans! It scares the living crap out of me!
I just want to know..
WHEN does it happen.. that we turn into our Moms & our Grannies! What Happens!!
That they decide to dress STRICTLY for comfort!

Ok, so Kathie! How are you going to pretend to be excited about my miserable minis when they arrive?
Also, I promise to buy you that rick rack when you absolutely, positively must add it to your stretch jeans with the elastic waistband. Let's admit it...it would be so fabulous to get up in the morning and just slide those little slippery pants on and those tops that just keep stretching and stretching as we keep stretching and stretching.
For the record, I actually do collect skulls (and large black rubbery rats) and put them all over my classroom. Apparently this puts the kids on alert when they first come to me! I offer no explanation for this either.

Well I'm glad I can always make you girls Laugh & smile now & then..
Even if it is at my own demented bizare exploites & meandering mind!
I wore plaid slacks today to work.. just cuz I can..
Not quite as En Vogue mind you as the image will be in about twenty years I'm sure when I am out at the park feeding stray birds & fowl.. While wearing my Deseaced Fathers wool cap in the heat of the summer whilst guarding my shopping cart full of Cans & fifty thousand plastic bags that I have come to collecting.. in the company of my invisible pet Llama Sinclaire who sits quietly atop the heap on the shopping cart waiting his lunch that we will shortly go pick up over at the back porch of the St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store from the Nice young Woman who rambles on so about all these silly people that come in there constantly looking for these collectable Apron type things.. She wonders what all the hubbub is all about.. I seem to get a faint hint of a familiar something or other when she starts in about it.. but really.. I just need her to shut up.. so I can eat.. then head over to 5th & Main to grab that Bench before Myrtle that old Hag with Sack of dead hamsters stuffed up her dress does, or I won't have ANYWHERE to Lovely to Sell Bags from tonight!!!

OMG..
I thought i was the only one..
My husband swears I have More red shoes then anyone he's ever met..
But then he also say's I have more shoes period then anyone he's ever known! He calls me Amelda Marcos..He really can be such a jerk sometimes..
Everytime he gets the urge to start sorting through & pitching out old things of his.. shirts & shoes etc.. He asks if I have anything I'd like to toss in.. What is wrong with this man?? really.. Is he mental??
God I don't know.. I suppose I should post a picture of him one of these days just so you can have a visual when i go off on one of my tyraids..
But Dang.. leave my shoes out of it.. ya know?? What is WRONG with him..?
Why does he have to be hatin'?
Yes.. Maybe we need to make a 'Practice' old Lady outfit Linda.. So we can get nice & comfy in our new wardrobe before the total transformation actually happens..
