I'm interested in the two knitting looms. I have cotton fringes (I need to check on the colors I have left),silky white fringe plus a variety of ribbons and trim I could put together for trade. Can you give me an idea of a fair trade value.
HI :) Would love to trade for some if you are interested. They are probaly around 8 dollars or so for them . This summer I bought the set of 4 for 17.99 i think. I kept the 2 smaller ones .I may put the 2 smaller ones up later for barter .
Sounds great. My grandaughter is just learning and I can add them to my kids crafting & sewing basket. I'll check my stash of trims and then tomorrow I can give you a list to pick from if that's okay.
You can just suprise me with what ya pick out :) Email me your addy and i will mail it on out this weekend. witchycime@msn.com I will also send emil thru the board also --sometimes that feature doesnt work right though.
Yea! The looms came today and they are larger than I thought they would be! It will be fun to find projects to use them. Thanks for the extras you added (the magazines) they were a great surprise. I couldn't resist taking my lunch hour to look through the Christmas decorations in the magazines. I am in charge of designing the tree ornaments for my artists group. We decorate a tree and donate it to the local festival of trees. The trees are auctioned off and the money all goes to charity. Was the trim I sent something you could use? If not pass it on and I'll find something else to send along. Sage
Lisa, As I was checking the shipping box before taking it to the garage, I found the card printed with the vintage belly dancers. The card was wedged into a corner and I'm really glad I didn't miss it. I love the card and after I get it laminated I'll use it as a book mark. Forgot to mention that the kitchen towel you added matches my kitchen. How funny is that.
Bonne, Thanks for the link to the knitter. You really saved me alot of time searching on the web.
hi sage :) GOt my box today. Thanks so very much! I had a long 28 hr shift i just came off of and it was a nice surprise ! I love the braid and fring. The jewlery pieces will be great to use.!! Appreciate the feedback on my barter page too :) That is funny about the towel. I needed to pad it with something and that towel was a great thing to use. . It now has a home where it wil be appreciated . The bigger looms like those are great for handbags and tote bags too. I may decide to barter the 2 smaller ones i have. I just cant get time to sit down and do them. The vintage dancers are neat arent they ? Thanks again !
Lisa; Great to hear that you liked your things. I'm glad I don't work those hours - our days can get frantic here at the office as it is. I've done some 12-15 hour days but after 28 I'd be fried. Let me know about the smaller looms. There's no rush cause I'll be busy figuring out the big ones.
Found them ! 2 small round knitting looms for barter. I will offer them to Sage first . I am almost thru going thru everything in my craft room ! It is hard to get rid of what i am not gonna use.:) But i need room for new projects i wanna start .

Lisa; Yea! Got the instructions for the looms. I had the knitting down but didn't know exactly how to finish it off. I made a wonderful soft scarf this weekend from that fuzzy eyelash yarn. Thanks.
