I just had to let you WA farmgirls know about this great Expo. Last years was awesome. Maybe a great place to meet too. Looks like a GRAND time!!!
Country Living Expo and Cattlemen’s Winterschool Presented by WSU Extension and WSU Livestock Master Foundation
Milk dairy sheep. Marketing Strategies for Beef. Recycle rain water. Shear sheep on a stand. Equine nutrition and health classes. Grow organic pastures and crops. Identify noxious weeds. Make cheese at home. Raise and process pastured poultry. Design, assemble, and install your home drip irrigation system. Full PRIME RIB LUNCH*
Farmers and gardeners, you can attend classes on these topics and MORE at the day-long Country Living Expo and Cattlemen’s Winterschool, presented by WSU Extension and the WSU Livestock Master Foundation. Over 50 classes will be offered at the Expo and Winterschool, which will be held at Stanwood High School on January 19, 2008. (Late Reg. is $55). Ask about special rates for 4-H and FFA students! Registration INCLUDES the famous smoked prime rib lunch from Pat at Del Fox!
