Actually I'm doing a bit more clearing out than just my cookbook collection..I'll be doing an entire house clear out. I go through phases like this where I just need to downsize things a bit. Anyhow.. please do not take offense if you happened to have been the gifter of one of these books that I am listing here..please understand that I cannot keep everything and am on a mission to downsize a few things and to simplify where I can.
