what did ya'll do today? it's rainy and overcast here .. but warm-ish! i ventured down to town to give hugs to the antiques mall gurlfrenz .. it's looking very festive .. i managed to buy a few treasures (a fun primitive tree from friend rita .. to use in my booth -- ha! the first christmas thing i've put in there!) hung some of my cutie little prim 'pockets' on it. (sold some of the prissy ones while i was there. a dear youth bed i had sold .. sooo .. i've gotta' get some more BIG treasures in there soon! visited here and there with the frenz (i've been gone for two weeks!) honey hunk and i are going back to town tonight for our wonderful JANE TODD CRAWFORD program to be held at the Olde Courthouse .. what an amazing woman she was!

well, i gotta' go burn some cookies for the guests at the performance tonight.

Stopped by the Historical Society's consignment shop today to put up the holiday greens bundles I'd put together for the outdoor porch. Looks so festive! Purchased a darling Coalport bone china white pitcher -- so perfect for white winter bouquets -- I love to dress the house in whites after the holidays. And I've got my eye on a great little pine dresser for my kitchen -- three deep drawers -- perfect storage. Should I go back tonight and get it?? (I have a key!)

Came home and listed on ebay for a bit. I'm trying to pay off my new gas range through Ebay -- 1/4 there already. And I need to find the gifts I tucked away for my far-away sister. The box is ready to go except for the darling French pitcher with cherries -- now where did I put it??

Will make some cookies tonight, I think. Getting colder outside and the kitchen gets cold away from the woodstove.

And I MUST do some sewing with Ginette.

Your day sounds so fun, Frannie.
