Last night we had the Alfredo Pasta from MaryJanesFarm. The night before we had Nick's Couch Potatoes and Northwest Garden Couscous. (All three are amazing by the way). I even had to put some of my portion back because what I was eating was very filling!
And today when I stepped on the scale, I was down a pound! Yay!
I also feel really good this morning. So I'm thinking "No fake colors, less sodium, better ingredients..." No wonder I feel better even after only two days of eating her food. And of course eating better is going to make me feel better! And since her foods are real foods not that processed air rubbish that you buy in the stores- of course they will fill you up better!
Why did it take me so long to figure this out?! Well I had better go fold clothes so I can go to my Hot Springs weekend in an hour or so! A weekend without Electricity! Yay!
