Have any of you ever made herb oils? I specifically want to make a rosemary oil for some friends for Christmas. I have found several recipes, some with garlic and peppercorns in it (which sounds delicious!) but wanted to see if anyone here had made it. If you have, please share your recipe; it's always nice to use a tried and true recipe.  I'd love to have any of your recipes (doesn't have to be rosemary), tips in making it, etc.

I'd love to hear more about this, too. I have just started reading Rosemary Gladstar's herbal book and it mentions many different herb oils, but I have not made any yet myself.
