Here is our tree....

I am making wreaths today and finishing up the inside decorating. We'll probably put up lights outside this week sometime.

I'll take more photos later to show y'all!

Lets see your Yule/Xmas photos....

Oh, how beautiful. A peaceful, serene feeling came over me when I looked at it, silently glistening. The girls must be dancing around alot now.... Hugs, Nance

Tasha, I've been thinking about you all day long! So glad to see your tree.. just gorgeous! We are in the process of decorating too.. Our tree decorations begin about mid-way since baby is into e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g and loves to sample things with her mouth first. My son decorated the entire tree this time. He was so into it! Such fun! I'm keeping a lot of the trimmings aside this year..no lights so garlands etc. Rianna is just too much and having her tempted with pulling more plugs out of sockets, tugging on tinsely things is just too daunting. So simple decorations this year. Still nice..doesn't feel quite festive yet though. I need to adjust my attitude a little. Something is bugging my psyche today..don't know exactly what it is.. doc suggested I get some fresh air, which is probably just what I need. So on go the coveralls and out for a wander with the dogs. Should be good for the spirit... I've been sewing and stitching..sitting and staring and concentrating..time to get my body moving and the blood flowing! Here's to you and your family!
Many smiles, Julia

Tasha- You have inspired me to make dozens of wreaths this week- I just LOVE all of yours. And Julia- I know just what you are going through with a curious little baby getting into everything. I will put up lights but I have a special outlet cover that allows you to plug things in and have them baby proof- check babies r us if you are interested, they seem to have every baby proofing thing you can imagine. I am thinking of putting lights around windows now and then putting lights on the tree for Yule over top of the ornaments.

Perhaps you could light up a tree you could see from your window instead?

Enjoy the snow tonight!
