....we sold our house!!

So, a little history...two years ago, two weeks before we got married, my husband and I bought a little fixer-upper farmhouse in beautiful Parke County Indiana. We thoroughly remodeled it and were a few months away from being done and moving in when we had to move for my husband's dream job. We put so much into this house, complete new kitchen, bath, tore out plaster and put up drywall, refinished wood floors, etc. And never got to live there. Anyway, we spent a few months of weekends driving up to finish it and put it on the market about a year and a half ago. And it finally sold. YAY! It has been a bit of a drain on us lately, trying to pay for two houses on one income and a baby, but finally...AHHHH! Sweet relief, our prayers have been answered.

Just a little story of hope for any of you ladies trying to sell a house. The housing market may not be great, but there is always hope. It only takes one person.
