I try not to run in the thrift store, but once in awhile I get overcome and away I go. Today it was to get this tea pot before someone else did. Like My FRIEND THAT WAS WITH ME.HA! Anyway I got it and it sure is pretty. Also got two tall red bottles for my mantle to go with my other red glass.
Going now to get some green check material out of the dryer and make some dishtowels to match the kitchen curtains I got on Monday. Got the material at the thrift too.

Nancy,

Love the teapot and I always enjoy seeing what treasures you add to your home..I love it!! Did you notice that the plate on the right side of the mantle appears to also have the same pattern as your new pot...at least I thought so...very nice. Warmly, Erica

Mighty pretty teapot, Nancy Jo. The red glass is nice too. I like red glass--of course I like red. Sultry me..haha. MB

Erica,
Thank you so much for your nice comments! Yes that plate does look like the tea pot. I live here and didn't even notice.

Beautiful teapot....yep, I'd have run also, and maybe even tripped my friend if necessary! Good haul, as always. Hugs, Nance

That is such a cute teapot. I miss my teapots. I have about 50 -- all in storage.

That teapot is so pretty. I was looking over your site and saw the old issues of Country Living. I have them and a lot more of the older ones. Weren't they great back then. It was my favorite magazine. The pictures and the decorating were so pretty. Not to mention all the columns. I don't care very much for the new one.
