I am sure this has been talked about before but I wasn't here then.
My question is: If you bake the scones brownies or corn bread by itself can you bake it in the skillet like a bakeover? Let me know if further expaination is needed.

I'm not sure what you mean, but see if this helps - when I made the scones, I cut them into pie-slice wedges and baked them on a cookie sheet. I'm just SURE, though, that you could use any of the things you mentioned as a bakeover crust - or if you wanted to just shape them and fry them up that way in the skillet, too, I don't see why you couldn't give it a go! Did that give you any help? I hope so!!! Now, I have a craving for brownies...

XOXO, Libbie

Sorry to start your craving
It kinda helped, so you wouldn't neccesarly us the skillet to bake them in the oven, use a 8x8?

I'm not really sure what you're asking but I always bake my cornbread in a skillet in the oven. It's not the mix - it's from scratch. It turns out great.

I think you could do it either way - it sounds like they'd both turn out great!!!
