I am willing to trade some of my handmade products for a rag rug. I am looking for one about 3feet by 4 feet for my kitchen which has incredibly cold floors in the morning this time and going further into the cold seasons and early Spring.
If I get no replies, i will buy one, but I would rather have one handmade, recycled, you know the story....
I would trade you the equal amount of my products for your rug. So a seventy dollar rug? 7 bags of laundry powder, or 3 bags of laundry powder and 4 jars of bath and body stuff, or a felt recycled fabric wallet, a pin or two and some product....
let me know if you can do it!! I am looking after trade only. Money isn't tight but we are trying very hard to save more than we are spending and to trade and barter for as much as possible...

a new 3 by 4 hand made rug usually sells between 400 and 600 depending on the speed of the crocheter. Good luck finding a trade might be easier to find an old one at an antique shop for around 30 - 60 dollars
have a lovely day and may God bless you and keep you safe my bloghttp://sunshinescreations.vintagethreads.com/ my web store http://vintagethreads.com/ |

Tasha, I have two rugs made by a friend that are approximately that size. They are square and woven rather than round and braided. Would you be interested in that type? I am just rolling them up and using them as draft blockers, so I was thinking about offering them here for trade. Have to check with my husband, though. |

Tasha - if you do not get a rag rug from this request, go look at MaryJanes rugs on her products portion of the site. They are reasonable, and organic, and really pretty. I got one for my daughter for Christmas to go in fron of her sink - shhhh, don't tell her! It is a soft yellow and absolutely lovely.

I make hand woven rag rugs, round or oval. I am willing to custom make you one with the color scheme of your choice. Any size you need. I have quite a bit going before Christmas, but would be glad to start it for you at the beginning of the year... Something to think about anyhow.
