jus' got home from a meeting in town to plan our 'Christmas on the Square' parade and program .. the library was still open when i got there .. they had three tables full of BOOKS .. soooo .. i loaded up on a bunch of them! (had already gotten bunches the week before too!)
i'll try and post some pics of them .. they are FREE if you want them .. i'll only ask that you pay the POSTAGE. i'll post pics and titles on my 'blog' .. and this will be open to ALL my ya-ya's .. not jus' the farmgurlz. soooo .. first come .. first GET! i'd ask that you only ask for one or two .. so that lotsa' friends can have some.
a friend from England is coming tomorrow .. sooooo .. that day will be OUT for posting .. i leave for OHIO on FRIDAY .. but i'll try and get a few pics posted .. and will do more when i return from Alabama on November 12th. be watchin'! xo

Oh, Frannie, it looks like you will be having some fun times ahead. A friend coming from out of the country is always an experience and then off to another area of the states. I am excited for you.
While I was in college they had books for free in the library. I was studying psychology and sociology so I took as many as I could relating to the subject. I also love animal stories and things to learn from. I am a fanatic about reading although I don't get much time.
I am sure the ladies will have a good time selecting books from you. I thought it nice you would do something so sweet. Bless your heart.
I will be thinking about your ventures and just know you will write about them..

the gurlz (twigs and jane from england) jus' left .. t'wixt and t'ween a zillion raindrops! i think we are having rain about five days straight here in this part of kentucky! sooooo .. needed .. but i wonder if 'too much of a good thing is too much'!
had such a fun time with the gurlz .. will write of it on my blog ... (books are still in my van .. didn't want them to get soaked by bringing them in tonight!)

rachael leigh .. twigs is one of my bes' buds! we'll be doing the SIMPLE GOODS show together (magazine signings) ... her board is PRIMITIVE POND .. i met her there too .. she started reading my 'ramblings' and asked me to write for Mercantile Gatherings .. do you subscribe? it is THE BEST primitive crafts magazine on the market! Faye . who owns the magazine is also an incredible sweetheart .. she'll be with us at the Simple Goods show too .. as will my other bes' gal pal from Kentucky .. Kathy (Sugarbucket). if you can make it .. the show is Saturday, November 3 in Mt. Veronon, OHIO .. hope you can join us! xo
