We bought a Motor Home a couple months ago ,so we thought we better get out there see the camp grounds, so we went to Oregon (fort stevens)
Dh was doing good getting used to driving it, but the 2 corgi dogs werent so sure, I mean theres 29 feet of trailer and where are the dogs, trying to get on our laps, can ya believe it? We even took thier beds.
Neither one of them have been in a vehicle very long, so I guess they were a little anxious about the whole thing.
So we get to the camp ground, get settled in and it just rained CATS and DOGS all night, very big drops, very wet dogs when DH took them out for doggy duties.
We get ready for bed(queen size bed ) jump in bed ,turn out lights, oooops 2 other bodies shaped like dogs are in bed with us.
We finally got to sleep but it was not a fun night(we let them stay because they were new at this)
Sunny the next day, oh good we can go with our friends we met there, cause we dont have a car that we pull behind YET! and they do, so we have to go where they want to and stay as long as they want to.
So we get back home to the MH and someone has peed on the BED. OH SH_T
thankfully it only got on the NEW quilt that I had just got for the new MH. Its a good thing we had extra blankets. I wa NOT a happy camper(pun)LOL
We went the next day with our friends and all was ok, I guess the dogs were just afraid we were leaving them the first day. and waywe had a good rest of the trip and the dogs did settle down and ajusted, so we think we might go again (with the corgis)

Oh my Shirley, you surely did have an adventure.
We liked camping on the Oregon Coast and did it a lot when our kids were younger. Glad they settled down and decided to enjoy camping.
