Love the idea of no doors on the cabinets. I wasn't sure from your video -- will you leave the contents organized as is now? Or will you try to have 'just plates' here and 'just glasses' there? That's what always makes me hesitate in taking off doors -- inside is controlled chaos! But I love your idea -- will you paint the inside a contrasting color?
