1. I was walking. 2. I stepped in a hole. 3. I sprained my right ankle. 4. As I tried to save myself, my left ankle dis-located and broke both bones. 5. This graceful dance caused an ambulance ride, surgery, with plates holding me back together and a 6 day hospital stay.
I am back to work now (have access to a computer) and doing well.

Oh Sherone! We all were so worried about you! I hope you are feeling much better! Your injuries make me cringe!! I know a lady who had something similar happen to her and it took her drinking raw goats milk every day to heal properly. I guess the calcium in goats milk is much better absorbed in some people.

so glad you are much better! those walks sure can be dangerous can't they! we have 'little hole pockets' here and there that sometimes i do a 'happy dance' when falling in one!
