I contacted Cheryl also, but I have my ornament done...it is just being able to get to the Post Office to mail it off. Last night we recv'd news of my hubbie's uncle passing away and we have to go out of town...if I can, I will mail it this week. If I cannot, I will get it out sometime next week.

Cyndi, that is strange that you got a 'delivery status notification' when you emailed Garden_artist.....my email apparently went through when I contacted her on the 1st or 2nd of Nov. because I didn't get any notification of things being amiss.

What if those of us who were paired with her, get partnered up with each other? If Garden_Artist is able to post or email afterwards, I would be willing to make another ornament to send to her if she still wants to swap. Just an idea, since the deadline is tomorrow. Thanks for heading this up!

We're good to go as originally planned!!

IF we don't hear from Garden_Artist by tomorrow (15th) and since it is an odd number here, would you mind sending an ornament to one person and receiving one from someone else??

I am so sorry I have been missing in action....I haven't been on since I got my e-mail of my swap partners. I didn't realize I needed to check in. I've been working on my ornaments and I will have all five in the mail this Saturday. Please let me know if anyone needs any information from me, and if you can't reach me here I can be reached most days by e-mail.

So I now have my mouth wide open, say AAAHHH so many times as I fly through the last few pages. I can't beleive I was out of the loop so badly...

So just tell me what the plan is. I see the above everyone swaped. It's okay if I missed out, let me know. I feel so bad though, I was so excited about the swap.

Cyndi,
Thank you so much for my ornament. I just looooove hand made items on my tree. You have quite a talent. I havn't mailed mine off yet because I have been so sick with a stomach thing that has really gotten me down, but as soon as I can get out, I'll send it off.

Tammy (garden_artist), just gotta say, how cute! Since I HAVE red hair I was tickled to find my ornament resembling a red haired raggedy ann of sorts. She will be happily hanging from the tree in a week or two. Just beautiful, thank you so much. Hope yours arrives soon! Hugs, Nance

Here is the ornament from Aimee, you will have to let us know how you made it. It is really stiff, but is sewn. Also love the dish cloth. Thanks so much.

I friend of mine made it. She wanted some dishcloths. So we traded. I know how to make them, its very easy, just steps. You sew the snowman with light quilt batting for the stuffing. She used tea stained cotton. You then flip and embroider the star edge. Soak it in fabric stiffener and press it flat. When dry embellish the star and face.

I wrapped it in the dishcloth to protesct the toothpick nose.
