I was cleaning out my closet and found an old costume from my days as the star of my church's vacation bible school morning skits (yes, believe it or not, I was). The theme for that year was "wagon train/pioneer". The dress and matching bonnet are pink cotton with an allover pattern of little pink flowers. The dress is ankle length with long sleeves, and a little bit of lace trim. It's homemade, so no size label, but I would guess that it's about a size 4-6. I think I was 15 that year.
I was going to cut this up for the fabric, but then I thought perhaps someone might want it for a Halloween costume for yourself or a young teen? You would need to replace the zipper. If you are the kind of person who makes your own costumes, this could save you a lot of time!
If anyone's interested, let me know if you need to see a picture. I'm not looking to trade for anything, just putting it out on the curb (so to speak).
