I went to Spokane to visit Carol Sue and Teresa yesterday. It was great to see them again and get to have a wonderful sit-down visit. We chatted about the farmgirl chapter that is forming up for the Inland Empire girls. It sounds like the chapter is going to be called "Near and Far", is that right Carol Sue?

Well when I drove to Carol Sue's house I got a bit lost and tried to get directions from a local school aged girl... that didn't work so well! LOL

I ended up being lucky enough to find a house with unencrypted wireless internet that I could access and I mapquested directions... I was less than a mile away! LOL

Then I treated them to pizza since me getting late pushed our visit later than I had expected to arrive and then sadly I had to go home again. :(

We chatted about some fun things to do for farmgirl meetings though! We were thinking that I could teach everyone how to make lotion bars, creamy body butter, and furniture all with beeswax next time!

Hugs!

Yep, name of the Chapter Near and Far-a gathering of women.
And will have news shortly on time and place and happening of first meeting, which of coarse will be Alee teaching us the above. How cool is that.
I had lots of fun and needed encouragement, from Amanda and Alee and dd.
It was fun.

Well, glad you guys had fun. ONE of these days I'll be able to stop in also. Lately, when I'm going thru Spokane, it's straight thru (stopping at the weigh station...) cuz we have to get to the customer but ONE of these days, one of these days!!

Winona :-)

Don't sweat the small stuff...

Winona-

We will have to plan a meeting one of these days when you will be driving to Spokane and being able to stop! It would be great fun to have a "guest" farmgirl drop in! :D
