What a sad day today is remembered for. However, it is also brought our so much good in the people of the USA if only for awhile. I posted on my blog about it and also posted pics of my two brothers who are marines, if you would like to see who I am SOOOO Proud of!!!

Living on the east coast, I will never forget that day. I didn't lose any family or friends, thank God, but the horror is engrained in my mind. Today, New York City televised the memorial of those that were lost, reading the names and showing the photos. A bell would be chimed at the time the first plane hit the first tower, along with a chime when the second tower was hit...really brought back the moments for me. To those who lost family or friends, it must be so hard....my thoughts go out to all of them....as well as the people in Washington and Pennsylvania.

My uncle who is a firefighter in SLC, Utah went and helped with the rescue efforts. We are all so proud of him. He said it was the saddest and hardest thing he had ever done, and yet the most wonderful at the same time.
