I just signed a contract of sale on a block of land we have had for sale for about 21 months. If the contract goes through it means we can move to Lochness ( the farm DH and I purchesed Last year). It has no house on it yet so we would have to build, not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Good because you can choose floor plans and decor, not so good for the stress levals though. DH will be able to give up his day job of manufacturing assistant, and become a full time farmboy. This is his dream come true, and mine too, as we will be able to spend more time as a family. Even if we are working hard while doing so.
