Howdy!
I'm in the middle of a project that was 12 years in the planning stage! My bedroom is so cut-up with windows and doors that no matter what I did it looked cluttered and I got to the point that I hated it. You can imagine how that went over with DH ! I finally decided to do SOMETHING! I'd already made a plan: choose one color for the walls, woodwork and windows. I finally bought and hung the curtains but the painting just seemed too much! I waited so long that I can't get the original paint color choice anymore! Well, Sunday,I found another color and bought it! Yesterday I cleaned and painted the first wall and its wood. DH had a plastic table and used it to dump his pockets and everything else on. When the whole room is a nightmare, what difference did one little mound of chaos make? That table was one the target wall, so now it's gone! Change is great!! |
