Hi Gals-I haven't had much time of late but I definately wanted to let you all know that the Michigan house finally sold and we'll be moving to our new home in NC in Sept. I'm very excited.
Our new home is on 7 acres-it is a newer module with a bit more room than we have now. I'm hopeful that I can get my lavender cottage garden shop going within the next few years. I'll definately be busy planting and dreaming once we get there.
I'll be able to check in a few times next week before I loose my connection. I'm not sure how soon we'll get our computer set up after the move but I'll be back as soon as I can to catch up with you all.

| Thanks-I'll be a bit outside of Wilmington. I can get to the beach in about 25 minutes and it is a nice country drive. |

Ellen,
You're going to be a Tarheel!! I am in Greensboro, not so far away. I hope your move goes well and you enjoy your new home. I am from upstate NY so we both know how much better the weather will be! Please post photos when you can. OH and girl, I hope you like sweet tea!

Ellen,
my MIL use to live in Wilmington, NC., but missed the family so she moved back to Calif and then onto Oklahoma.
She said Wilmington is beautiful, and the "Crackerbarrel" is her favorite place to eat.
I wish you the best for your future "Lavender farm". How awesome!

Thanks so much gals. I am so very excited. We spent the long weekend packing. I can't believe I have so much stuff-LOL-I've been packing steady since Jan. and had gotten rid of lots a few years ago in anticipation. Evidently, didn't pass on enough though-oh, the things I've accumulated from 17 years of living in the same home! I'll see what my nieces and my SIL down there might want and send it out the door without even unboxign it. :)
Merle-I love sweet tea-I love everything about NC. I'll wave to you as I pass by Greensboro.
Once I get back online, I'll update everyone.
Take care everyone-I may get a chance to pop back on in the next week-but if not-I'll be back soon.
