As I was making a couple of batches today I took a picture of how I roll out my dough. When I first started making them the hardest part was getting a consistant thickness. Then I came up with this thought I would share my idea . It cuts down on rolling and cutting time. Hope it helps you. Do yall have any short cuts, packaging ideas, to share?

Excellent idea Natalie! So simple and yet so effective. I wonder if you could use a similar idea for other things that are hard to roll a consistent thickness...like pastry for example. I think I just might have to give this a try.

Oh..I had made dog bisquits to sell at our farmer's market. I found some great 1/4" ribbon with paw prints on it at a cake decorating shop. I used plain cellophane bags and tied with the ribbon.

Such a great idea. I usually make some dog bisquits during the holidays for my canine friends..and give jars of them from my pups.
