Here's a good article about accepting ourselves as we are, appreciating solitude and the creativity that it brings. I'm going to check out those drums, too! http://www.wholelifetimes.com/2005/wlt2707/contact2707.html

I really enjoyed that article. Thanks for sharing it. Sometimes we're just too hard on ourselves. More and more, I realize that the people I really notice and admire, who truly seem beautiful, are the people who have an inner happiness that is radiating from them. Lots of times they have extraordinary crows feet from all the smiling they do. Layne seemed beautiful to me in that picture because she looked so genuinely happy beating on that drum. Maybe it all comes down to blooming where we're planted and counting our many blessings every day...and taking the time to beat on a drum if that's what makes us smile.

If I am wearing a good support bra I can still skip, and did just the other evening. It felt great! Age is just a number!!!!
