Farm wife. That made me smile. 5 years ago when hubby and I got married I was the city girl to all his friends. But the other day at the fair we were chatting with a few of his friends and I was talking about all the canning I have done and how next year I want to enter things in the fair. They said, wow you got yourself a farm wife there. I just smiled!!!!

Iconsider it a compliment when I am called "just" a housewife. I am proud to be a homemaker. I think being called a farmwife is a high compliment if that is what you are. We should all wear our aprons proudly. :)
