I realized it was 1pm and I hadn't thought about lunch yet..now that the kids are back in school ..no one is here to remind me at the crack of noon that I should make lunch. I remembered buying a packet of the new Pueblo stew from MJ to try...oh my..it is so good!!!! I totally recomend it..polenta with wonderful peppers, tomatoes and parmesan cheese..just yummy!!!! Just had to share!

I so need to get some of her packages to keep in my food storage! The stew sounds yummy. I would love it. My family however, would starve. Picky, picky, picky. Silly people. Where did they come from?
Thansk for the recommendation, Jenny!!

Hi Jenny,

I just ordered my first food from Maryjanes and I am so excited to try them. I bought Pesto Fry Bread, Santa Fe Pasta, Wild Mushroom Couscous, Northwest Garden Couscous, Eat Your Veggies Pasta, and a Banana Nut Pro Bar. I am so excited to try them. I'd like to stock up to supplement our winter food pantry. Let me know if you've tried any of them. I can't wait. Oh I also bought some garlic soft neck & hard neck...I'll post when I get them and we try them.

Tammy - I loved the Mushroom Couscous, the Northwest Garden Couscous and the Eat Your Veggies Pasta. They are so very easy to make at work. They smell yummy and taste even better than they smell. You're in for a treat! :D

All of those are wonderful foods! I love how quick and easy her food is and how you know that you are eating something good for you! :D I buy the Thai Fusion in bulk!

I love the pesto fry bread for sure. I am not a pasta eater (I KNOW..everyone else loves it but I don't) My all time favorite is the black bean and corn chowder!!

Yes, Jenny. I loved the chowder, too. I haven't tried the pesto fry bread, but it sounds like me, for sure.
Tammy - I forgot to say what is the most amazing thing to me about MJ's food. For the past few years, due to the weird circumstances of my life, I've been eating way too much 'instant, packaged, out of a box' fast food. Mary Jane's food actually looks, tastes and IS REAL, WHOLESOME, GOOD FOR YOU FOOD! If you put it on a plate, you can't tell it isn't home cooked. It has texture and substance and RECOGNIZABLE ingredients! Don't know now she does it, but THANKS,THANKS,THANKS! And it's time for an order! :D

I love the hot breakfast cereals too! And the soups, mmmmmmmm......good! I bought two of the bulk soups and have them in Tupperware containers here at work so I can just measure & mix whenever I'm hungry (which, unfortunately, seems to be a good part of the day!)

It's so exciting to hear everyone talk about her food so positively. I've wanted to try it for 3 years now, so I finally just decided to do it. I figure once I get my family hooked, then we can start using it more often, especially when I don't have fresh veggies coming from the garden! I know just by talking with you that this will be the first of many orders. I'll let you know more once it's here and we try it...
