Ok girls, I just heard from Julie, no biggie Julie, understand computer troubles. So check your email to find your partner cuz they are going out right after I post here. Get to know your partner if you don't already, like taste, collections and so on. Also, I'm leaving it up to each team to set up a shipping date that is comfortable for both. Hey Sue,
Thanx for organizing this fun swap.
I am headed off to the P.O. in about an hour to get mine mailed off to Handmaiden.
I had planned to mail it yesterday but ended up volunteering to paint hugh pumpkin yard signs, and yes I still have paint all over me, even after maticulus scrubbing in the shower! lol! primer white & orange, looks good on me!  tata-4-now

Glad you received the hankie, I collect hankies. As mama always said, "a proper young lady always carries a hankie in her handbag" & I do!
I got my package mailed off to my swap partner, Handmaiden.

Dearest Grace, What can I say but WOW!!! I think I got the whole sale in my box!! My very favorite were the hankies and all the other goodies will come in handy too for crafting and relaxing. I received it on Wednesday and my computer had crashed on Tuesday thus the delay in expressing heart felt appreciation. I'm at the library now catching up. I'm still shopping for yours. Julie (plantationparadise) and I shopped together one week-end but came up empty handed. Today is cooler and fall is in the air, so I think I'll have better luck, but how will I ever match yours? Impossible! But I'll have fun trying.

Oh Kim,
glad you liked all the goodies....yard~saleing~shopping is truly hit or miss...but it's still fun. You never know when you are going to find that "1 thing" that will give you grin factor to the 10th power!
DH & I are off to the quilt store and then off to the lumber yard...so we both get to have a little fun.

I received my wonderful treasures from mima a few weeks back and posted pictures on my strawberry hills blog. It is so amazing what we all find and equally amazing what people are getting rid of.
When I received my goodies I posted it in the barter section on Sept 7th. MB

I got my yard sale goodies from Aimee last Wednesday, and I had to squeal with delight! She found some napkins that Perfectly match a luncheon set given to me years ago by an aunt. She also picked up a couple of other pieces of linen that are gorgeous. As I love to collect antique and vintage linen, her choices were absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much, Aimee. And girls, count me in for the next one! This was fun.

That reminds me to post here that my yard sale swap from Julie was a small red pyrex refrigerator dish from the 50's. Very cute, very useful, and it matches the mixing bowl set handed down from my mother in law.
Thanks, Julie! I'm glad I made such a lucky choice on the linens. I haven't shipped out that basket cane to you yet, but I am planning to go to the PO on Saturday.

I love going "teasure hunting @ yard sales & Thrift Stores.
My mom who lives in Palm Desert, Calif., is addicted too! If she comes across something she thinks I might like she will call me right then & there to see if I want her to buy it. She is the "Queen" of Yard Sales!
Not to mention a really kool mom!.

Time to update girls, has everyone gotten their new found treasures? We want to hear all about it, the yard sale season is almost coming to a end, and I for one, am still working on mine to Alee, but don't be shy to brag on your swap and fill us in.
